It's been 10 years... really???

It's been 10 years...
Can't believe it...
Just 10 years back... same date, 5th August 2003...
Mummy, Papa, Bhai were with me... having tears and worry in their eyes... watching me by a small glass with hope, that everything will alright soon...
Yes, it was the day of my first surgery...
Can't believe that I am writing of these things...
Actually, never ever thought that I will write someday... but this day{05/08/03} changed my life, my perceptions and my goal a lot...
This was the time when I wrote my first complete poem... {u can read it at  MY POEM... 1st}
And I think, I was not mature enough before this period of time... but after this, my thinking also changed...

Believe me, in any such thing, not only the patient suffers but the whole family around suffers...
Well, in my case, the suffering started when I reached home... I got complete bed-rest for 3 months... so can't leave bed and also much more burden on mummy-papa...
Relatives, friends, people from Papa's office were use to come anytime... and then those sympathies... Oh my god!!! save me... I just hate them... It was like that I'm the only one who have to suffer from such problem... plzzz, there are many more...
And then, mummy use to get busy in the hospitality of these guests... she also gets tired from morning to night...
Everyone in the home was busy in all such things only... and at the same time my Nani {maternal grandmother} was hospitalized, as she was suffering from cancer... and she was just 52 kms far from us, so sometimes mummy use to visit her also...
It was a difficult time....
aaaah...
at-last got rid off...
but, today all the memories came just like a flash back in a fast forward way...
hmmmm....

can;t write anything more... :(

Dear Pooja
Time is the biggest healer. Lost my mother three weeks back. Completely shattered and the pain is unbearable. Let's hope a decade later my pain and trauma will vanish.

I can understand, been there, done that. Hope life brings more joy to you and you forget the bad part.

Memories are very precious.. you should always nurture them... :) Time heals everything though.. Like it's said in the movies.. Akhir mein sab thik ho jaata hai.. and if it doesn't, picture abhi baki hai mere dost..
